As a child, CEO Lowanda Ulysse, was told she was bossy and too talkative. Today, Lowanda understands these adjectives were the catalyst to identifying her purpose. Working in Corporate America and for non-profit organizations, she learned two important things. She needed to be a leader and she enjoyed helping others. Her unique ability to inspire by using transparent honesty, humor, and insightful creative thinking has opened doors for many clients. As the first Full Leap client, Lowanda challenged herself to focus on her own business and helping others to pursue their dreams with excitement and vigor.
